Trump Mocks Christie On Stage for Being Fat

Back in 2010, when he was running against Jon Corzine, Christie made a lot of political hay out of Jon Corzine’s subtle jabs about his weight. After several ads that subtly suggested that Christie was “throwing his weight around,” Christie indignantly roared, “Man up and call me fat!” The electorate of New Jersey ate it up.

Why do I bring this up? Mainly because of this:

Nice attempt at the save there, Donald. Of course, none of us feels sorry for Christie in the least – there’s a reason he was standing there on stage for Trump to make fun of in the first place.
