Thanks to everyone who gave me input. I got Christy the Remington 870 for her birthday/Christmas. I wanted the Mossberg 500, but everyone was sold out till after Christmas, so the Remington it is.
Her birthday is tomorrow. I took Evelyn with me to get it and she couldn’t wait to get home and tell her mom all about “Mommy’s big gun.”

My company has a two week mandatory shutdown that would be will with no pay if you have no vacation saved up and the reason for that is to show better profitiblity to the investors who own our company and guess WHAT it’s ok because the company will be fine and we will have jobs next year and THAT IS WHAT YOU DO TO HELP YOUR COMPANY!
I really despise the unions and their attitude that everything ought to be given to them on a silver platter right up until they run their jobs into the ground and they (the leadership) are the BIGGEST WELFARE reciepients EVER!
