President-elect Donald J. Trump loves to shock the world. This time he’s sure to ruffle feathers all over the political spectrum as his campaign has leaked information that he is considering openly gay man and multiple women for possible cabinet positions.

The incoming president is considering Richard Grenell as United States ambassador to the United Nations. If picked and ultimately confirmed by the Senate, he would be the first openly gay person to fill a Cabinet-level foreign policy post. Grenell previously served as U.S. spokesman at the U.N. under former President George W. Bush’s administration.

This announcement is certain to trigger episodic fits from both the “Alt-Right” and the hard core “Christian Right”. Both of whom have members numbering the the thousands. They are the not so silent minority of the Republican party. Squeaky wheels and all that… The Christian Right would be wise to remain silent on these appointments and work within their own Churches on such issue.

The Alt-Right must be losing it’s mind, the idea of an openly gay man being appointed to a position of power goes against pretty much all they stand for in the world. They’ve spent the last several months making it very well known that they did not support Gay Rights or Gays in general, now they have to wrap their pepe frog minds around this. It could be too much.
