I am not afraid to say it: Kirsten Gillibrand may have won me over.

I just happened to notice this tweet and the case that Gillibrand makes for donating to her campaign is quite compelling. I doubt many of you would disagree.

I knew that calling on Al Franken to resign was a risk, but silence wasn’t an option. I’m running for president to fight for a country that values women, and I’m ready to share this vision with the American people. Will you give $1 to help us bring our vision to the debate stage?

Hear that, America? We no longer have to deal with Al Franken because Kirsten Gillibrand stood up and denounced his sexual deviance and assault. She is the reason Franken is no longer in the Senate, and for this we should be eternally grateful.

I think I can spare a dollar.
