As I wrote earlier, one reporter covering Joe Biden was reduced to asking him what flavor of milkshake he ordered during a Sunday campaign stop in North Carolina. Though the reporter did follow up with a quick question about the Hunter Biden emails, Biden waved him off, thus ending the brief exchange.

In contrast, Fox News host Leland Vittert went to the mat with Women’s March organizer and Biden campaign surrogate Jenna Arnold in a contentious back and forth yesterday. In the process, Vittert was able to get Arnold to make a pretty revealing admission about the authenticity of the emails.

Arnold kept saying the emails were “unconfirmed” and pointed to the fact that the FBI was investigating them as supposed proof that the American people should view the discovery of the emails with a great deal of skepticism.

But perhaps because Biden, his campaign spokespeople, and other prominent supporters are notorious for dodging uncomfortable questions, Vittert kept his foot on the gas, aggressively pressing Arnold to point out what parts of the emails were not true:

“Jenna, it’s real simple. You’re saying it’s unconfirmed. Tell us what parts are not true,” Vittert hit back. “Hunter Biden knows what emails he has and hasn’t sent. Are you saying, and the campaign saying, these emails aren’t his?”

Instead of giving a firm “yes” or “no” to the question, Arnold attempted to spin.

“It’s unclear to me – I would say what’s so important right now, from the American citizen and the media – yourself included, Leland – is to continue to ask clarifying questions about this, why the FBI is investigating,” she said.

Arnold continued to dodge, weave, and obfuscate on the issue, but Vittert continued to dig in, eventually getting her to admit to something about the authenticity of the emails that you hear next to nothing about in the MSM (bolded emphasis added):

“I’m so confused. What’s interesting is I feel like you still haven’t answered the fundamental question, which is: Can anyone say that these emails are inauthentic? And so far, I haven’t heard anybody say that,” Vittert said.

Shockingly, Arnold then admitted, “I think that’s fair. I don’t think anybody is saying they are inauthentic.”

It was a pretty brutal back and forth, with Vittert also taking her to task for the way Biden treated CBS News reporter Bo Erickson, who asked the former VP about Hunter Biden’s emails last Friday and got a rude response.

Watch the two clips below of Vittert and Arnold battling it out to see for yourself. The second one contains the admission from Arnold at about the :17 mark:

As my RS colleague Bonchie noted over the weekend, the fact that it’s been several days since the story broke and yet no one in the Biden campaign has denied any facet of it is a good indicator that the emails are real. Plus, DNI Ratcliffe caused a lot of Democratic gnashing of teeth this morning by confirming that Hunter Biden’s emails are not part of any alleged Russian disinformation campaign.

Couple all of that with the repair shop’s receipt for Hunter Biden’s laptop and the fact that Joe Biden has put a lid on his campaign until the Thursday debate, and I’d say there shouldn’t be any sliver of doubt with anyone as to the authenticity of the emails.
