It is sort of sad that it is considered news that the Department of Justice will be going to court to defend a executive order of the president. But after the douchebaggery and asshattery we saw last weekend that resulted in the unceremonious firing of the acting Deputy Attorney General, I suppose it is necessary.

As my colleague, Mickey White, points out there is a strong possibility that the judge simply was drunk by their own power, particularly because another federal judge, this one in Massachusetts, upheld the Executive Order.
