Is your member of Congress supporting the coming anti-copyright bill, the Local Radio Freedom Act (LRFA)? As we all know, the name of a bill can be laughably misleading, and it is in this case. The LRFA is a huge giveaway to well-connected local radio owners.
They want special exemptions from having to pay for the music they broadcast. That’s simply picking one industry as a winner over others. Let’s let the Democrats stay in that business. Tell these Republicans to oppose LFRA. Is your member on this list?

Property rights exist for all of us. LFRA is a bad idea. Tell these folks, including some good conservatives and reformers, that giving away special perks to one industry is far too Obama-esque for us to be doing.
