On August 25, 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse fatally shot two protesters and wounded a third during Black Lives Matter rioting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, that began after the police shot and wounded Jacob Blake as they tried to arrest him.

Within 48 hours, Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree reckless homicide, two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

Two days later, Rittenhouse’s lawyers released a statement claiming that Rittenhouse acted in self-defense as he was threatened by rioters, struck in the head with a skateboard, and chased by rioters, at least one of whom brandished a weapon against him. “He exercised his God-given, constitutional, common law and statutory law right to self-defense,” read part of the statement.

Nonetheless, as is always the case, Black Lives Matter, Antifa, the liberal media, and the Democrat Party played judge, jury, and executioner-wannabe, without seeing one piece of evidence presented against the 17-year-old from Antioch, Illinois, nor did they hear or read one sworn statement from an eyewitness in testimony against him.

Shortly after the shootings, multiple short videos were circulated of Rittenhouse and the rioters chasing him, including the below compilation from ABC News. Again, cried Black Lives Matter & Co., Rittenhouse was guilty of premeditated first-degree murder.

Now, allegedly never-before-seen video of the series of events that led to the death of two protesters and injury of another has been released.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson aired the footage on Tuesday.

“Did Kyle Rittenhouse commit first-degree murder or was it something else? Was it self-defense?”, asked Carlson, before the video was aired.

“His attorneys argue that Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense,” said Carlson. “Prosecutors in Wisconsin charged him with first-degree murder. But what is the truth about what happened that night?”

“There was an enormous amount of video shot that night in Kenosha, mostly by citizens with iPhones. We have video of all three of the shootings Kyle Rittenhouse was involved in. Critically, we also have video of the moments that preceded those shootings, the context.

“We’ve already shown some of that video to you but tonight, we will show you more. New never-before-seen footage of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha. Now, what you’re about to see comes from the non-profit “Fight Back” that was formed by Rittenhouse’s defamation attorney, Lynn [sic] Wood.

“For the last month, there’s been an enormous amount of propaganda surrounding this case and virtually all of it has come from the left. Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts for example denounced Kyle Rittenhouse as ‘a white supremacist domestic terrorist.’

“Kyle Rittenhouse fired four shots initially that night,” Carlson said. “Another four were fired. We still don’t know who fired them, no one else has been arrested or charged.”

Fox News provided details.

At one point, according to the video’s narration, an unidentified protester strikes Rittenhouse in the head, causing him to fall to the ground.

Another protester attempts to jump on Rittenhouse, who then fires two shots into the air.

Yet another protester then strikes Rittenhouse in the back of the head with what appears to be a skateboard while reaching for the teen’s rifle. Rittenhouse fires a single shot, striking the man in the chest.

Carlson called the circumstances surrounding the shootings and murder charges against Rittenhouse “a lie.”

“Now, there’s no evidence [against Rittenhouse]. That is true. There never has been any evidence, it’s a lie so far as we know. So the question is, what else are they lying about? Tonight we will show you context from that night and we’re going to let you decide what happened…”

“Now again, what you are about to see comes from a group, a nonprofit, founded by Kyle Rittenhouse’s defamation attorney,” Carlson said. The video is narrated.

“So that’s what happened that night in Kenosha, on camera,” Carlson concluded. “You can assess for yourself what you think of it.”

“As we said tonight, only Kyle Rittenhouse has been charged, so the question before the court is, did Kyle Rittenhouse commit first-degree murder or was it something else? Was it self-defense?

I will assess for myself, as readers should, as well.

I’m not an attorney, nor have I — along with Black Lives Matter, Antifa, the liberal media, and the Democrat Party — seen one piece of admitted evidence, nor seen testimony from a sworn witness.

Those do not yet exist.

But after viewing this video, and clips from others in the aftermath of the shootings, I cannot see how a district attorney can win a first-degree murder case against Kyle Rittenhouse.

Then again, unlike the aforementioned judge, jury, and executioner-wannabes, I don’t have an agenda, nor do I have a narrative to parrot.

As Tucker Carlson asked, what do you think? Was it first-degree murder, or was it something else?
