The Watercooler ~ Primaries Tomorrow in Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Washington

In one of the Watercoolers last week I reviewed the state of the nation’s primaries and noted that there would be a total of sixteen primaries in the month of August including in Guam and the Virgin Islands. Tomorrow, August 5, we have primaries in Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Washington.

Living in California, I would not presume to know what’s going on on the ground in each state so I thought I would make today’s open thread an open forum for those working on the ground to report what you see and hear going on. Also, if you need more boots on the ground or phone handlers to sign up, this is the place to put out the call for help.

And if you haven’t already done so, be sure to read this piece by Kerry Bentivolio — a conservative member of Congress in Michigan running for his second term. And this piece by Josh Hammer about why we fight. They are very encouraging and will empower you to keep up the battle. We are making progress and forcing the Republican Party to move to the right.

The Watercooler is always an open thread.
