I missed this from over the weekend, but my congressman Adam Kinzinger was on ABC’s This Week Sunday and during the roundtable discussion about the upcoming State of the Union said that he voted over a year ago for the tax increases in the fiscal cliff out of compromise and compromise is so necessary right now in Washington.

We tried this tax hike on the wealthy thing with the fiscal cliff, which I voted for, by the way, because to me it represented compromise which is necessary.

While people say Kinzinger is a Republican, one that is loved by the liberal media and the GOP establishment, his record of voting for all of Boehner and McConnell’s budget deals, his actual support of President Obama’s unconstitutional deferred deportation program(DACA, his incessant need to get the US move deeply(and aggressively) involved in Syria, and his continual attacks on the Tea Party and conservatives, always makes me question the validity of that claim(of being a Republican).

This is a guy after all who thinks Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney are the cream of the crop in the 2016 presidential field; and delusional enough to say that he’s run some tough races, the last of which was the 2012 primary against Rep. Don Manzullo.
