Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) admitted to sexual misconduct in college newspaper: Report

Cory Booker, the Democratic Senator from New Jersey, has been making headlines recently. He traveled to Alabama to campaign against Judge Roy Moore based on allegations of sexual misconduct, and also called on Donald Trump to resign over sexual misconduct allegations against the President.

However, as GotNews recently uncovered in a bombshell report, Booker admitted to sexual misconduct in an op-ed he wrote for Stanford Daily in 1992.

Below is the admission:

As we fumbled upon the bed, I remember debating my next “move” as if it were a chess game. With the “Top Gun” slogan ringing in my head, I slowly reached for her breast. After having my hand pushed away once, I reached my “mark.” Our groping ended soon and while no “relationship” ensued, a friendship did. You see, the next week in school she told me that she was drunk that night and didn’t really know what she was doing.

Certainly, groping a woman’s breast after having your hand pushed away qualifies as non-consensual. Also problematic is the drunk state the woman was in.

It will be up to the court of public opinion whether Booker should resign or face an ethics investigation, but it is only fair that Booker acknowledge this story in light of the way he has been attacking others based on accusations of similar conduct.
