RE: UVA Rape Scandal: Quiet Vindication? by kimberly_ross

If you haven’t read it, please read the post by kimberly_ross. It’s excellent. My post here is a rant against all of those involved with the Rolling Stone piece.

There is a whole lot of blame to go around regarding this story. First is “Jacky”. If she was a legitimate victim, then her lying about this event leaves a brutal rapist ready to strike at another victim. If she isn’t a victim, then either she has some real mental issues or she should be kicked out of school immediately. No matter what, she lied about this incident. That’s the bottom line. And Rolling Stone bought it without providing any kind of legitimate investigation.

Next is Rolling Stone, and not just the author of the piece. This story is a disgrace. Everyone involved with the content of this story needs to be fired. There’s no excuse for the kind of slander that was the hallmark of this article.

UVA and the useless trash that runs the “school”, Teresa Sullivan. Again, she needs to be fired yesterday. Due process wasn’t even a factor for her actions; she immediately cast blame on everyone and acted accordingly. And even after it was determined that the “Jacky” story was false, Sullivan blackmailed the fraternities and sororities into being back into the UVA fold with an agreement that was based on the lies from “Jacky” and Rolling Stone.

Next is the Obama regime. For a guy who claims to be an “expert” on the Constitution, having his minions put out a directive that violates the Due Process Clause is unconscionable. Sec. of Education Arne Duncan should be fired, along with those in the DoEd directly responsible for this outrageous Title IX fiasco. Heck, by design, they should all be hit with equal protection lawsuits; using Obama’s (and Holder’s) favorite legal theory, this Title IX policy contains a disparate impact feature where men are the primary targets.

[mc_name name=’Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’G000555′ ] (D-NY) deserves special mention because of her steadfastly infamous support of women who falsely accuse men of rape. She takes zero responsibility for her own bearing false witness against those men in that fraternity, along with inviting another liar, the clown from Columbia who walks around with mattress. She should be ashamed, but shame isn’t part of being a Democrat.

Then there are those members of Congress putting together a bill to help support Obama’s rights-violating Title IX. I expect it of Democrats; but, there are Republican co-sponsors, which included [mc_name name=’Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’R000595′ ] at one time. And I’ll bet those in the GOP still wonder why they are referred to as the Stupid Party.

And finally, the final blame needs to go to all “progressives”/regressives, especially Democrat feminists. If there is a “rape culture”, which is obviously false when facts are added in, then these filthy people created the “rape culture” since they have been promoting depravity for 50 years. In fact, they still promote depravity, but only for women to use against men.

What’s worse is that none of those involved with the Rolling Stone story or those promoting the “rape culture”, all of those above, are actually serious about preventing rape. It used to be the norm that anyone convicted of aggravated rape in a court of law was sentenced to death. That slowly changed over the decades, but it was still on the books in Georgia until the 1970s. Then the “progressives”/regressives on the Supreme Court, in Coker v. Georgia, declared stupidly that the death sentence against aggravated rapists was somehow a violation of the 8th Amendment. As a follow-up, in 2008 the “progressives”/regressives (Kennedy, Stevens, Souter, Ginsburg, Breyer) did the same for child rapists in Kennedy v. Louisiana (Kennedy was the rapist, and not related to “Justice” Kennedy). So it’s obvious that “progressives”/regressives don’t take rape seriously, or even child rape, and haven’t for many decades.
