Outrageous! I’m glad the pilgrims made the right choice 350-ish years ago. Not that our country is much better anymore. It seems that we have grossly confused the notion of “Freedom OF religion” with “Freedom FROM religion.”
Why are we not allowed to worship as we please, when and how we please (obviously within the confines of good taste)? So many places admonish the faithful for worshipping lest the offend somebody else. BUT – If their means of worship upset me as a Christian (Catholic, to be specific), I’m the bad guy, because I’m closed-minded and not understanding of other cultures.
