To a large degree the integrity of all polling places is critical to the legitimacy and competence of our governments.

Immediate action to TRUE-THE-VOTE is possible NOW.

Those who have demonstrated a traditional, concerted, habitual, even compulsive willingness to dissemble, equivocate, bear false witness against their neighbor, and otherwise lie (in ways that are not sanctioned by the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” that are accurately defined by Vattel ) show probable cause that they have both the moral turpitude and motive to STEAL ELECTIONS they cannot win.
Given both history and our neglect in securing the legitimacy of our voting and vote counting processes it is highly probable that a substantial amount of voting fraud will be perpetrated.

In light of our reasonably certain knowledge it appears the we have a duty to prevent that voting fraud. We don’t have much time to figure out what we should do and do it. The deterrent affect of our efforts may be substantial, even determinant of the election’s result.

I am working on a quick but thorough audit of Virginia’s Voting laws and procedures – hopefully that will produce a plan of action tomorrow or the day after.
I will be back with my results.
There are 49 other states that need a similar effort.
Even a 2% random coverage of audit that will produce competent indictments should have enough deterrent affect to largely secure the legitimacy of the elections.
It appears the the code & procedure audit results may be significant enough to invoke an executive order fro the governor.
That, combined with state FOIA demands upon precinct elect official may justify statutory replacement of doubt-worthy officials provided that candidates make the request at least 7 days before the election.
That timing would effectively jam the crooks attack and make them fear the unknown result of their intent.
