Terror suspect Ahmed Ferhani who stands trial in New York today for conspiracy to commit terror and hate crimes first entered the U.S under the Visa waiver program, so did the 9/11 20th hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui.

The Visa Waiver program permits Europeans to travel to the U.S. without a Visa but it also allows  radical Muslims from Middle Eastern countries  to enter the U.S. without a Visa by using their European passport. Ahmed Ferhani holds a French and Algerian passport, Zacarias Moussaoui a French and Moroccan passport. France alone has 7 Million Muslims most of whom have dual citizenship. If a person from Algeria needs a Visa to enter the U.S. why not a French citizen with a second Algerian passport?

The Visa waiver program gives a free ride to radical Muslims to enter the U.S. legally. It should be reviewed to exclude those nationals who hold a second passport from a country outside the Visa waiver nations.
