A DOZEN THINGS I HATE ABOUT POLITICS

A DOZEN THINGS I HATE ABOUT POLITICS
1.. Watching the elected avoid microphones, meetings or respect for their constituents
2.. Watching the elected point at other bad behavior to defend theirs
3.. Watching the elected avoid any real answer to a relevant question
4.. Watching the elected try what has failed again and again (see J. Carter term)
5.. Watching the elected fail to reduce bill size and issues per bill
6.. Watching the elected become multimillionaires while in congress
7.. Watching the elected circle the Party wagons despite serious ethical wrongdoings
8.. Watching the elected become invisible at voting time or crying when their records are revealed
9.. Watching the elected stay after age 80 as if office is also a nursing home
10. Watching the elected act as if there is no life outside politics worth living
11. Watching the elected tell bold lies as a matter of course (then lies to cover lies)
12. Watching the elected pretend there are no moral, ethical or financial boundaries that apply to them
