Rather, one will simply allow actions to speak louder than words.

Or, to put matters more succinctly, Joe Biden comes across as Fredo Corleone. You can just imagine him screaming at anyone who will listen, “I’m smart! Not like everyone says . . . like dumb! I’m smart and I want respect!“
