Obama: Al-Qaida would use nuke if it could.

Thought of that all by yourself did ya’….?

WASHINGTON (AP) – If al-Qaida acquired nuclear weapons it “would have no compunction at using them,” President Barack Obama said Sunday on the eve of a summit aimed at finding ways to secure the world’s nuclear stockpile.

“The single biggest threat to U.S. security, both short-term, medium-term and long-term, would be the possibility of a terrorist organization obtaining a nuclear weapon,” Obama said. “This is something that could change the security landscape in this country and around the world for years to come. “If there was ever a detonation in New York City, or London, or Johannesburg, the ramifications economically, politically and from a security perspective would be devastating,” the president said.

“We know that organizations like al-Qaida are in the process of trying to secure nuclear weapons or other weapons of mass destruction, and would have no compunction at using them,” Obama said. ”

Well you don’t say.
I had no idea.
Geesh…a leftie concerned about the use of nukes by a mad man or terrorists.
When did this happen….?
I do seem to recall the left making some sort of issue with the last guy who tried to stop someone from getting a nuke. They didn’t seem to think it was a big deal.
They called it a lie.
Iran has been working on a nuke for years and no one on the left really seemed concerned about that either.
As a matter of fact I remember someone saying that we should have talks with them with no pre-conditions.
Oh how things change.
And now all of a sudden we have to fear Al-qaida getting one….?

Was that some sort of secret….?
Of course Al-qaida wants a nuke.
And so does Iran.
And so does North Korea. Actually they have one.
And maybe even Venezuela someday.
Syria had a nuclear facility. (Thank you Israel)
If Al-qaida ever gets a nuke it will get one from them most likely.
Then they will put it in a container ship and sail it right into an American port.
Or they will put it in a truck and park it next to Israel.
Boom.
Oh..and since we are on the subject, the IAEA is a damn joke. If you actually define their mission by the results they get you would think that their job is to help countries get a nuke.
The U.N. is a joke too. They are almost as hostile to America as the Obama administration.
We would be better off with less of both.
That’s why we need to lean on Iran and North Korea and lean on them hard.
Sanctions are worthless.
Diplomacy will only stall action long enough for them to obtain one.
Making nuke concessions with Russia keeps no one safer.
Making promises not to use nukes keeps no one safer.
Dismantling European missile shields keeps no one safe.
Bringing troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan makes no one safer.
Do I even have to say it….?
We already know who has the nukes and who are building the nukes and who is training and funding Al-qaida.
Why do we have to waste time with meaningless summits.
When a nuke goes off on some city somewhere in the world will everyone say “But but but,,,we had a summit and everything…”
“Why didn’t anyone do anything….?”
“It’s all Bush’s fault”
Why must we pretend that diplomacy is going to stop Iran from building a nuke or North Korea from building more nukes?
Why are we in such a hurry to pull our military out of the Middle East?
This Obama guy makes me feel not so safe.
Having Hillary Clinton(The terror of Tusla) as Secretary of State makes me feel not so safe.
Having Janet Napolitano(They came in through Canada) as Director of Homeland Security makes me feel not so safe.
Having Nancy Pelosi (The CIA lies) as Speaker of the House makes me feel not so safe.
Having Harry Reid (The war is lost) as Senate Majority leader make me feel not so safe.

Aircraft carriers make me feel safe.
I feel even safer when they are parked off the coastlines of Iran and North Korea.
F-22 Raptors would make me feel safe. I wish we had 500 of them.
Missile defense shields make me feel safe. I wish we had some more of those too.
A President who was more concerned with the safety of America than with his own popularity in foreign countries would make me feel safe too.
I wish we had one.
