What a butthole this guy is. Honestly….who the heck voted for this guy….?

An outspoken U.S. congressman is planning to file a complaint against the central Florida urologist who posted a sign on his office door warning supporters of President Obama to find a different doctor.
Many of you already know the story. Florida doctor of urology, Dr. Jack Cassell was less than pleased with the new Obamacare forced down his throat so he put a sign in the window of his office that read
“If you voted for Obama, seek urologic care elsewhere. Changes to your healthcare begin right now, not in four years.”
A spokesman for Rep. Alan Grayson, who angered Republicans last year when he said they wanted sick Americans to “die quickly,” told FoxNews.com that Florida Democrat is helping a constituent who was affected by the sign to file a complaint next week with the proper authorities. Grayson will also file additional complaints with all relevant boards or agencies, Grayson spokesman Todd Jurkowski said.
Is what that doctor did a little angry…? Maybe.
Grayson claims he is helping a constituent. Forgive me for not trusting what a Democrat says lately but I will go out on a limb and suggest the possibility that this “constituent” is not actually a patient of this doctor. It’s all for show. Grayson is using thuggery to intimidate this doctor into getting his head right with Obamacare. It is no different from Henry Waxman hauling the CEOs of big corporations in to testify about how they will lose millions and billions because of Obamacare when he says different.
Speak out and you will be punished.
Protest and you will be labeled a violent racist spitting militia homophobe tea bagger.
It’s thuggery pure and simple.
Alan Grayson was speaking with the man who knows a little bit about tea bagging….(ahem) Anderson Cooper about the Florida doctor and he had a lot to say.
He makes a lot of assumptions that he cannot backup and hurls several insults such as how the doctor has turned his waiting room ” into some shrine for right-wing nuttery”
He called him a “confused individual” and then he goes on too say how he doesn’t understand what it is that the right-wing wants to deny people health care.
Keep in mind that he is talking about a doctor.
But that was not the worst of it. As usual as if on cue from some magnificent master script Alan Grayson whips out the race card and says that because many Obama supporters were black that the doctor does not want to treat black people.
I kid you not.
Here is the transcript.

REP. ALAN GRAYSON: He’s a very confused individual. That much is obvious.
But what he’s doing clearly is a violation of the ethics rules that you cited earlier, the Hippocratic oath, the rules of the AMA. And it’s at the expense of his patients and care. What he’s doing is no different from saying, “I will not treat a black person. I will not treat a Catholic.”
I thought that we, as a country, has moved beyond that.
COOPER: But wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute.
I mean, I’m not taking a side. I’m not taking anybody’s side in this, but, just for accuracy’s sake, he has said nothing about race. And race is a protected category. I mean, there are — it is illegal to discriminate someone based on race. It is not illegal to say you don’t want to treat somebody because you don’t like their politics. Politics is not a protected class.
GRAYSON: Well, in fact, where he lives, in Mount Dora, which is in my district, many, many of the Democrats who live in Mount Dora happen to be African-Americans.
So, by saying that he will not treat somebody who supported Obama, he’s saying that he’s not going to treat a large number of African-Americans in the community.
COOPER: Wait. So, you’re saying race is at the core of this? Come on. There is no evidence of that at all.
GRAYSON: No, I’m saying — I’m saying that it shows very poor judgment. And the effect of this — the effect of this is to set us back as a country. That’s why I’m disgusted by it.
COOPER: But, again, he’s not doing anything illegal.
GRAYSON: Well, that remains to be seen. You know, he’s licensed. There are licensing authorities who are going to look into what he’s doing. And I hope that they will take action, because, frankly, I think a lot of people are disturbed just to go into his office. He’s turned his inner office, his reception area, into some shrine of right-wing nuttery.
Let’s be clear. This doctor has not broken any law.
My opinion on that is worthless but here is someone who would know.
A spokeswoman from the Florida Department of Health, which licenses physicians and investigates complaints, said Friday there was no law prohibiting Cassell from advertising himself this way.
“Because there is no statute, there would be no grounds for a complaint,” spokeswoman Eulinda Smith said. “It would be legally deficient.”
That didn’t stop Grayson however.
But Grayson appears undeterred, arguing the Cassell has violated the Hippocratic Oath when he turned away patients on the basis of political beliefs.
His spokesman, Jurkowski, told FoxNews.com that at least one person followed the instructions on the sign and there could have been more.
“I think a reasonable person would deemed that being turned away,” Jurkowski said.
Does Grayson actually have the gall to complain about someone violating their oath after what he just took part in….?
What a laugh huh….?
Some people may disagree with what the doctor has done but he is within the law.
Doctors refuse patients all the time. It is hospitals that cannot refuse a patient.
Doctors turn away patients because they do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
They turn them away because they have an exclusive clientele.
They turn them away because they have too many patients already.
Doctors can clearly refuse to treat someone.
Just because they have a medical license does not mean that they are indentured servants to anyone with a medical problem.
Grayson is clearly trying to harass this man and that is wrong.
I don’t know what they put in the water down there but it never fails to amaze me at some of the bleepin’ jerks that manged to get elected to Congress.
It must be easy.
I should give it a try.
