This 32 Year Old Muslim Doesn't Pass The Smell Test

Fox News reports:

President Obama’s new envoy to the Organization of Islamic Conference, Rashad Hussain, is at the center of a controversy over remarks attributed to him defending a man who later pleaded guilty to conspiring to aid a terrorist group.

You know, after Major Nidal Malik Hasan’s act of terrorism at Ft. Hood and underpants bomber (Eunuch?)Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab’s recent airplane escapade, it would appear that President Obama would be a little sensitive about the types of people who he places in power.  This young man (32), is your typical Ivy League Elite who, apparently, felt the U.S. was persecuting Sami al-Arian, the CONVICTED head of U.S. Operations of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. He made the statements at a Muslim Students Association conference in 2004.

Here is a link to the Fox article.

It also looks like the administration is actively trying to get the remarks purged from the records and they are denying that he said it.  It stinks of cover up.  Once again, Obama has failed to properly vet his appointments.

It looks like the PC world of the Democrats is still in full denial mode, even after a Ft. Hood and the Underpants Bomber.  If this young man said this (they are now saying it was his sister, not him) then what in the Sam Hill are we doing letting him represent the United States of America?  Is the best we can come up with is a radical talking Muslim who has spent most of his adult life in college?

Sucking up to Islamic Fascists by sending a Ivy league Islamic Ideologue is not a way to endear or influence the Arab world.  The Arabs and members of the Islamic Conference will see this young man for what he is.  And what he is, from all appearances, is an young apologist for Islamic Fundamentalism who is in way over his head.

Just like Obama.
