“The superior man blames himself. The inferior man blames others.” Don Shula
So the Republican and Democratic “Super Stars,” just told us what we knew from the gecko. No deal, but the co-chairs left us a few bits of political rhetoric that was supposed to ease our minds and make us proud of those serving in Congress.” They said, “Despite our inability to bridge the committee’s significant differences, we end this process united in our belief that the nation’s fiscal crisis must be addressed and that we cannot leave it for the next generation to solve.”
By the time they come to an agreement the future generation will be standing in the unemployment line and having babies. What a bunch of over payed “gutless” wonders! They’re all willing to weaken our Military, sacrifice our Nation’s safety at a time when “Terrorism” is at an all time high.
Here are just a few things that could have been accomplished if we had the right people in the White House. This is only the tip of the Iceberg; billions of dollars could be cut from our budget at least preventing an increase in the National Deficit.
Defund NPR and Planned Parenthood; eliminate the blood sucking grants that are going out our back door.
I really don’t care about Pelosi’s mouse in the jungle, her wineries or her husband’s Star Kissed Tuna. I certainly don’t care about a shrimp exercising on a treadmill or studying the habits of college students, but I do care about the scam artists in the White House.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) keeps their hand in our back pockets and have sneaked billions of our money and it’s estimated that more than 15 billion will be syphoned from us in their fake “nanny state programs.” But not one Senator has raised their hands and said these ridiculous slush fund needs to be stopped.
In an October 2010, Government Accountability Office (GAO) report showed we are losing billions to corrupt contractors, because no one is truly accountable for the waste and fraud. They talk a good talk as taxpayers are defrauded – end of story.
Dr. Coburn’s amendment 795 would collect more than $500 million from deadbeat developers for failed, botched and abandoned projects. Dr. Coburn Filed the Following Amendments to the “Minibus” 2012 Appropriations Bill very interesting read if Republicans really want to stop spending and address some problems that could be corrected immediately. http://coburn.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/rightnow
How’s this for innovation or is it called fraud – Health Care Innovation Challenge funded by the not so famous Obamacare, offers 1 billion dollars in grants for new and innovative ways to save money on healthcare. Obama and Pelosi said the Obamacare would save us money – guess they passed the bill before they read it.
We have over 1500 Government grant programs under the not so watchful eye of 57 Federal Agencies. Easy come easy go is what Republicans and Democrats say – so they just keep spending us into oblivion or are we already there with a 15 trillion dollar National Deficit?
There’s billions more being handed out to foreign Countries that never reciprocate. How much of our money given the Afghanistan Government ends up in the hand of the terrorists. No one knows the answer to that question at the time.
The Democrats in the “Super Committee” remind me of Obama – all they can think of is raising taxes on those who create jobs. Why didn’t the Democrats close the corporate tax loop holes so General Electric, Bank of America and other Corporation who skate by without paying taxes would have to pay their “fair share?” We have been minus a leader since 2009!
Chris Matthews on November 19th 2011, pretty much explained what Obama has done since 2009. Chris said, “The day he got inaugurated, he sent us all home” and said, “Thank you, now watch how smart I am.” That’s the worst kind of a notion of the presidency. “
May God Bless our Nation
