Video: Paul Campaign Worker LICKS Dem. Tracker's Camera Lens

You really have to see it for yourself.

In case you didn’t already think [mc_name name=’Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’P000603′ ] supporters were weird, this proves it beyond the shadow of a doubt.  Nobody’s sure whether Paul’s New Hampshire political director David Chesley simply wanted to taste the lens, or if he was going for the “blurred” look.  In any case, the American Bridge video tracker sent to monitor Paul’s speech in Londonderry was given a rather unforgettable shock.

The most surprising development here is American Bridge’s reaction.  Most progressive liberal groups are–shall we say–a bit verklempt.  But AB took it in stride and played along, tweeting out the video and some genuinely funny comments.

Rebecca Parks, AB’s office manager, told The Hill, “I prepare our trackers for a lot of things. I do not prepare them for being licked by [mc_name name=’Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’P000603′ ]’s operatives.”

In fairness to Chesley, another video recorded him telling the AB cameraman “we also get to choose who can come into the location that we rented specifically,” before he licked the lens.  Then he said, “this is a closed event.”  He just has a very odd way of showing his displeasure at Democratic operatives recording his candidate’s every word.

One thing’s for sure, American Bridge may be flavoring their lenses with some very unattractive tasting options in the future, or even better, slapping a label on their cameras reading “THIS LENS HAS BEEN LICKED BY HILLARY.”  That would make anyone think twice.
