On Board with Kentucky Sovereignty

At what point do we draw a line in the sand on our Constitutional rights of self-protection?

Do we allow international law to determine what parents may do in their homes?

Is government takeovers of corporations okay with you?

Do you believe lawmakers in Washington know better what we need here locally than we do?

Without individual State’s rights, there is no balance of power.  A central government unchecked is no longer a democracy, but a dictatorship.

My friends, I am asking you to help reassert the role given to each individual state over 200 years ago by some very wise men, to evenly distribute the power of government in this country.

The Tenth Amendment of the Constitution guarantees Kentucky “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Will YOU add your name to this petition and stand with me in reaffirming Kentucky’s rights given to us by the brave signers of the U.S. Constitution?  We are a part of this great nation, and our voices will be heard too.

Thank you and God Bless America!
