Senator R Casey & the Constitution

On Tuesday PA Senator Robert Casey voted that the Presidents actions to bomb Libya was constitutional. Even though the constitution states that the President can only take military action to stop an actual attack or imminent threat. Since Libya wasn’t attacking or planning to attack the U.S., the President didn’t have the authority to take military action against Libya. Senator Casey should read the constitution again and this time try to comprehend what he is reading, instead of interpreting the constitution whichever way the wind is blowing.
