Introducing The Right Reads

I wanted to take a moment to make you aware of a new site I started called The Right Reads.  I started TRR because I thought it would be useful to have a site that focus on books on, about, or of interest to conservatives/the Right.  I hope it will be a place that both reviews current books and interviews insightful authors but also a place to discuss the future of conservatism through the prism of books and ideas. So if that interests you please click over and check it out and let me know what you think so far.

Now, I didn’t just throw this diary up hoping for some cheap traffic (although I will take all the traffic I can get obviously).  No, there are two relevant points to consider besides a new site to visit:

  1. You can win a free copy of Christopher Buckley’s new memoir about losing his parents, Losing Mum and Pup, simply by leaving a comment here.
  2. If you love to read and/or would like to get review copies of new books please consider contributing to the site.

There are lots of great, and some not so great, books of interest to conservatives coming out all the time.  I hope The Right Reads can help you sort the good from the bad while jump starting a conversation about the ideas and policies that are best suited to move conservatism ahead.

Because as the site’s subheading notes, Ideas Still Matter.
