The One Question Someone Should Ask Donald Trump (and the rest of the field)

[mc_name name=’Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’C001098′ ] dropped the equivalent of a 10 megaton warhead on the political landscape Friday while on Hannity’s radio show. During the interview Ted said that despite the dire state of the country, it was a good news/good news situation as it relates to Obama’s executive actions.

He said the good news is that Obama has used his ‘executive authority’ to put his orders in place. Conversely, the other good news is the next president could use his executive authority to repeal all of Obama’s orders.

He went on record to say that if elected, he would use his executive authority to repeal every executive order Obama has issued since he raised his hand in 2009.

Kaboom!

Rush has repeatedly stated that O’s ‘strategery’ is to remain in DC after the next election to challenge and bully the next president if he/she is a republican, on any rollback of his ‘change.’ He would be uniquely positioned in the belly of the beast to muster the lobbyists, moderate/leftwing congress, and punditry to his cause at a level that would make Bill Clinton’s head spin.

The challenge for whoever the candidate is that wins on our side is to prepare a strategy for the follow-on battles during the crucial first 100 days. The key might be to repeal a significant order or action in sync with the given news cycle, ie. about every 3 days, to keep the momentum going before the beltway establishment and professional protesters have time to respond to any individual repealed order.

The one question for Donald Trump and the rest of the field here on out should be: “Would you follow [mc_name name=’Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)’ chamber=’senate’ mcid=’C001098′ ] in repealing EVERY executive order issued by Obama?”
