Palin meets Israeli ambassador

VIa Ha’aretz, which reports that Gov. Sarah Palin has met with Israel’s representative in the U.S. while campaigning in Virginia.

The Israel issue has the potential to swing tens of thousands of votes in key states. Three developments may drive undecided pro-Israel voters to McCain:

  1. The controversy over the L.A. Times and the Obama-Khalidi tape.

  2. The comments of anti-Israel voices, enthusiastic for an Obama victory.

  3. The increasingly open fight among Jewish leaders about who is really better for Israel.

Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida could be affected by all this. It’s not certain, but certainly possible.
