What is driving you, woman? Money? Legacy? Catalyst for an agenda? To me, all that means nothing without a clear conscience and principles. Otherwise, anyone can control you if they dangle the right incentive in front of your face. Can you describe your principles? …because the impression you give is vague and contradictory. I expect you are unable to define your own values apart from your peers, lobbyists, donors. God gave you an identity, but I think you have lost it to political, social, cultural pressures. That would bother you if your conscience wasn’t so callous and neglected.
What if all that changed? That carrot dangling in front of your face blocks your vision anyway.
Would you chat with a young, single woman who chose to have her baby? …and to the protester who talked her out of abortion? What if you visited Christian refugees in Slovakia at Christmastime? …and decided to allow Christian refugees from the Middle East to come to the United States? Would you bring attention to the illegal, female immigrants raped en route across the southern border? What if you declined funds from Saudi Arabia, stating they don’t treat half their population with the human dignity they deserve.
What if you praised Jesus at a political rally?
What if you admitted your mistakes?
That yoke of leftist, elitist influence and privilege has impaired your conscience. Are you willing to pay that price so late in the journey, with your conscience as your only true guide?
I hope you become the woman that God created you to be.
