bondholders will get 10% of stock for their $27B

US Taxpayers will end up with the remaining 50% of common stock

I am not sure of the math being applied here, but when it comes time for me to begin paying more taxes, will that money suddenly appear from nowhere?  These numbers appear to consistently changing.
