Nebraska needs Deb Fischer

Deb Fischer is going to win the open Senate Seat in the great state of Nebraska and I couldn’t be happier.  I’m not going to try and sell her to you because she is going to win.  And last minute, turncoat endorsements from people like Chuck Hagel aren’t going to work.

But the prospect of a Fischer win almost brings a tear to my eye.  The reason is that State Senator Fischer is a pro-life, female, Senate candidate that is likely going to join the most exclusive club.

Democrats have largely been successful in the court of public opinion in a sexist view of abortion.  It is that males cannot stand up for the rights of unborn males and females.  The argument goes like this, because the woman is the child’s mother, she will be the one carrying and delivering the child.  Often times, deadbeat men leave these women and in the end, countless ladies end up with the lifelong financial, emotional and physical responsibility of raising a child alone.  It is this unbelievably difficult task that drives Democrats to argue that the life of the child should be taken, rather than placing this often burdensome responsibility on the shoulders of our women.

And the men?  They have as much right to speak on the issue as women do for kidney stone legislation.

Finding true-pro-lifers in the U.S. Senate is difficult.  Even “pro-life” D’s vote with pro-aborts to maintain the status quo.  To most R’s, Life isn’t a serious issue in the U.S. Senate.  And try finding a pro-life woman in the Senate.  They don’t exist.  We’ve had Kay Bailey Hutchinson (pro-abort) and Lisa Murkowski (pro-abort) but no true believers in the Senate.

Deb Fischer, is the first of many.  She is a new breed.  She is Sarah Palin with an enhanced intellect.

She is a pro-life female Senator and having her on the front lines of this battle will be invaluable to our cause.  This century will present the opportunity for us to full court press pro-aborts on soft infanticide.  I am excited to both endorse and support Deb Fischer for U.S. Senate.  She is one-of-a-kind and she will be great.
