Why hasn’t this question been asked as of yet?
OK….Hillary’s dodged a bullet, for now. Seems she didn’t have to, sort of, sign the standard separation agreement when she left the State Dept.
There are reports that her three top aides…..er, political staff, at State..Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, and Philippe Reines..also had private email accounts on the Clinton DIY server.
Benghazi committee head [mc_name name=’Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC)’ chamber=’house’ mcid=’G000566′ ] has subpoenaed the emails of multiple individuals at State. He has acceded to State’s request that the individuals not be named publicly for now.
However, it would seem to be the next logical step, and a very simple one, to ask State, via a FOIA if necessary, if her top three aides signed the separation papers when they left the department.
State MUST reply within 30 days if they have the documents, not necessarily to produce them. However, if State does not have the signed documents, then the game’s up. It’s all but over.
The canard that Secretaries of State are treated differently might have worked for Hillary, but surely we can’t be asked to believe that her top three aides were also somehow treated “differently.”
So, what are we waiting for?
