This is an apolitical rant.
Dandelion Day (D-Day, in local parlance) is the last Saturday before the start of reading period here at the University of Rochester. People who won’t wake up for a 10:00 class will gladly wake up at 6:30 to go get drunk, so they can sober up by the start of the evening to go hit the frat parties. It’s a monument to irresponsibility.
Also, there’s a concert outside my window.
