Judge reverses decision on California's Delta Smelt. (UPDATED -- Fiorina v Boxer.)

So then…… where’s the bleedin’ water ?!?

Two articles from The Contra Costa Times, Walnut Creek California.

U.S. District Judge Oliver Wanger concluded that the federal government failed to analyze the “draconian” effect that protecting salmon would have on the state’s water supply and that regulators did not provide scientific justification for their limits on Delta pumping.

That seemed to come out of nowhere, eh ?

It didn’t.

Here’s an article three days before the judge’s decision………..

A new study that shows environmental problems in the Delta are primarily driven by toilet-flushing in Sacramento — and not the state’s dams and pumps — is sure to get a lot of attention from water agencies that contend their effect on the Delta is exaggerated.

Discharges from the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District and other sewer-treatment plants have profoundly changed the food web in ways that deprive Delta smelt and other native fish while favoring fish considered less desirable, the study says.

Hey Judge Wanger…… Enough of the b.s. and 134+ page decisions……… Order all the water turned back on IMMEDIATELY, allowing the farmers and ranchers to get back to doing what they do best, which is feeding the engine of our nation, a.k.a., her people…….. While you’re at it, best  tell Aaaaaaahnold and the rest of Sacramento to stop pooping in the pumps.

But an extremely serious question lingers………..

Will Obama and Sunstein allow the water to flow once again, or will they threaten Califailure with a cut off of Federal funds as ‘command and control’ (a.k.a. Statist Totalitarian Dictatorial rule) ?

…….. and what about the judge ?  He’d better look out for errantly placed buses and hire a full security staff (including a food taster).

Stay tuned for more…… Film at eleven.
