When you can't stand it anymore hearing about bailouts

Now there is one person in our country who will have the sole ability to seize private, non-financial businesses that represent a “systemic danger” to the economy as if the bailouts, TARP, infusions of cash, doubling our debt, and the rest haven’t put us over the precipice. An awful awful awful lot of power to be vested in one person. No oversight; Congress doesn’t even have the ability to read the bills before itself before it votes on them. But now what exactly does “systemic danger” mean and imply?
