Here Are the Reasons why they shouldn’t Bring the Terrorists to ILLINOIS!
1. The Prision is in a town with a small population!
A. What would they(Prision Officials) do to stop possible prison Breaks?
B. What would they (Prision Officials)do to Stop Radical Family members from coming to ILLINIOS?
C. What would the state do if the terrorists, where tried in the city of Chicago? Security would be so tight in the city of Chicago making it hard for people to go to and from work!
Chicago already has budget problems!
2. The prison is located 26 miles to the North from a nuclear power plant!
3. Who would want to sit on the jury of a terrorist? Especially if the case lasts for five years!
a. How would they protect the juriors from likely threats from family members?
4. What will they do to ensure that the terrorists don’t act up in court and cause a three ringed circus?
5. Just imagine all of the CIA members and White House Officials that could get called to testify from the Bush administration!
5.What happens if a judge throws out half of the evidence because you Gov. Quinn and Sen. Dick Durbin insisted that they have constitutional rights ,and the Terrorists walk Free?
I object to having terrorists on any piece of American soil !
These terrorists are battlefield combatants and should be tried in military comissions at Gitmo!
The terrorists have no constitutional rights !
So leave them in Gitmo !
