President Obama's Speech: Confusing, Vague and Did Not Describe the Bill Now before Congress

The real question about President Obama’s speech is: was he talking about some new bill he has in mind or was he talking about the bills before the U.S. House now? Because his speech and the current bill bear little resemblance to each other.

If he was talking about his new ideas for the his health plan, then OK, he wants to change what Congress has done.

But I think he was talking about the bill before Congress.

So, in short, Mr. President, I don’t believe you.
