Well, I’ve finally found the text of the contentious Toomey-Manchin (or is it Manchin-Toomey?) Amendment.

And, courtesy of the Library of Congress, here it is. Unfortunately, I am not a lawyer and may not have time today to reference this amendment with the bill (S. 649) as a whole, but I am hoping someone else out there is and can.

As of this writing, there’s not been a vote on the amendment that I can find… but I’ll keep looking as time allows today.
