Before starting a discussion about illegal aliens, its important to know that there are several explicit laws regarding immigration and illegal aliens in our United States. These laws have in actuality been the law of the land for years. If the immigration and illegal alien laws are antiquated, the Republicans and Democrats have had ample time to revise and renew.
The news being propagated on the airways is primarily a discussion about how nice, how needy or depressed these illegal aliens are – that conversation doesn’t amount to a “tinkers” damn at this time.
First and foremost the most important portion of this conversation is this – any person or persons entering our Country illegally are guilty of a crime. Those complicit with harboring or assisting these criminals should be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by our laws.
Here is a small portion of our immigration laws that is etched in stone and all persons offering sanctuary to illegal aliens or have knowledge that a person or persons are illegal aliens should be criminally charged for their blatant disregard to our laws.
What you read below on illegal alien laws is more than enough to show the guilt of those trying to pawn off the brutal murder of young Kathryn Steinleet murdered by Juan-Francisco Lopez a known felon, merely by passing the buck. Bottom-line, any and all who have been in anyway responsible legally for the actions of this murderer should be held accountable.
The fact remains that each and every facet of law enforcement agencies and those in charge of the sanctuary states should be facing criminal charges.
Here is but a small portion of the immigration law. (a) Criminal penalties
- Any person who—
- knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;
- knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;
(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts
This isn’t a debate on whether we like the immigration and illegal aliens laws – at this time they are what they are, the laws of our land. Anyone aiding and abetting an illegal who kills someone are subject to the death penalty themselves – that pretty much says it all… This includes law enforcement agencies, politicians and those governing the Sanctuary Cities.
It would appear that the Sanctuary Cities serves two unlawful purposes; (1) To aid and abet illegal aliens who are felons, and (2) To create a safe haven for all illegal aliens with total disregard of our laws. The Sanctuary States aren’t just treading on thin ice, they’re attempting to place themselves above the laws of our land just like Obama and his gang have done since 2009.
Those governing us (Republicans and Democrats) and running our Government have adopted an attitude about our Constitution and laws that “if the shoe doesn’t fit – just change the size.” In other words if you don’t like our laws, just revamp and revise them to suit one’s personal agenda.
Republicans and Democrats don’t have the right or prerogative to ignore existing laws; there is absolutely nothing in our Constitution that gives these governing individuals the right to ignore the great roadmap for our Country (Constitution.)
May God Bless America
