Signs Point to Trump Draining the RNC Swamp at the WH. Who's Next? McCain Has Some 'Splainin' to Do.

Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Well this is interesting and I’m sure Reince Priebus is feeling a bit nervous about now, as well as he should if the reports are accurate (just Google “is reince priebus the white house leaker” and there’s a treasure trove.)

Still, it’s good to be cautionary about the “news” and the numerous leaks these days so what I’m about to tell you may not all be true but it appears that there’s smoke…a lot of it. Trump invited them into his teepee but seemingly wants a do-over and in this case, the Chief rules.

About the title, obviously Trump can’t fire McCain but his peers can investigate his behavior, but I’ll save that gem for later.

Here are a few items that appear to be facts as reported by different outlets, some more reputable than others.

From TheHill.com:

Former RNC staffer dismissed from White House

White House chief digital officer Gerrit Lansing has been dismissed from his post, according to a source familiar with the matter.

Lansing was among a group of six staffers escorted out of the White House complex last week after reportedly failing a required FBI background check.

Before moving over the administration, Lansing helmed the Republican National Committee’s digital efforts during the 2016 cycle.

On Sunday, GotNews.com broke the story that Katie Walsh was the WH leaker.

White House Deputy Chief of Staff and #NeverTrump Republican Katie Walsh has been identified as the source behind a bunch of leaks from the Trump administration to The New York Times and other media outlets, according to multiple sources in the White House, media, donor community, and pro-Trump 501(c)4 political group.

“Everyone knows not to talk to her in the White House unless you want to see it in the press,” says a source close to the president. “The only question is whether or not she’s doing it at the behest of [White House Chief of Staff] Reince Priebus or if she’s doing it to advance herself in DC media circles.”

Trump appointed her to be the Deputy Chief of Staff who of course reports to Priebus. From the GOP.com website, she was their Chief of staff up until her replacement was named this late Jan. If you really want to know more about her, read here.

The Gateway Pundit spoke to the GotNews founder and he swears by his sources 100%. Walsh is close to Maggie Habberman, who was a plant for Democrat operatives per John Podesta’s emails, as a friendly reporter at the NYT and also a planter at Politico and WaPo.

Walsh would have significant access as she controls the president’s schedule. There’s also reportedly a trove of e-mails where Katie Walsh and Reince Priebus discuss how to rid themselves of Trump, according to a former #NeverTrump consultant.

“The president and his allies have been deliberately feeding her fake information in order to find her network,”says a source close to the president’s family. “It’s been going well.”

It appears that Trump is casting a wide net on former RNC employees that now work in the WH. The question is, will Reince be the Moby Dick?

And speaking of leaks, John McCain has been accused of listening and leaking Trump’s phone conversations by one source I just stumbled upon so take it with a grain of salt.

Per TruePundit.com:

According to White House officials, McCain is believed to have somehow gained access to the content of President Donald Trump’s private, classified telephone calls with world leaders. And he isn’t keeping quiet about what was talked about either.

An analysis of McCain’s recent public statements by White House officials, coupled with information from intelligence personnel working with the Trump administration, paints a disturbing picture for McCain — or any elected U.S. politician. Officials believe the senator has inside knowledge of a number of President Trump’s telephone conversations, including at least one conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Even more alarming, officials believe McCain is secretly sharing this sensitive information with colleagues and his cabal of friendly mainstream media journalists in a dangerous clandestine campaign to damage Trump’s presidency even before it has a chance to succeed. Trump has been searching for media rats in the Beltway in recent weeks. White House aides are confident they have now outed one of the major leaks plaguing the early days of the Trump presidency. To everyone’s surprise, it is a senior senator supposedly belonging to the same side of the political aisle as the president.

Again, I urge caution on this source since I’m not trying to spread false rumors or fake news. I have noted many times recently that McCain is clearly trying to undermine the new president, especially speaking ill of him abroad at the G20 in Germany very recently. That used to be a no-no but being the “maverick” when a Republican is in office, he seems to feel quite comfortable living up to his nickname.

I honestly have no idea how McCain could obtain access to Trump’s private phone calls with other world leaders. Well unless being the chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee  grants him such access. And just how did Flynn’s conversations and Trump’s calls with Australia and Mexico get leaked? I’m not saying McCain is responsible but someone else is saying that. I’m reporting and letting you decide.

Maybe it’s far-fetched, but it seems like McCain is prone to being duped. From the same source:

Just last week, True Pundit published a troubling account of how a Russian comedian duped McCain, the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee. McCain incredibly even coached the phone-prankster-posing Prime Minister on joining NATO.

This audio recording of the phone call is absolutely incredible.

It’s time for Attorney General Jeff Sessions to determine the level McCain’s involvement and just how many laws he has broken.

VIDEO: John McCain Divulges U.S. Policy & Intel Secrets to Russian Prankster Posing as Ukraine Prime Minister; Incredible Breach

I listened to the whole interview and don’t think he gave away NATSEC secrets (streiff?) but that’s not the point. To think a Senior Senator and Chairman of the US Armed Services Committee could be punk’d by some pranksters is very disturbing. But clearly he planted doubts about our president with the “Ukraine PM”.

Who can forget that it was McCain that took extraordinary steps to retrieve that damning but unsubstantiated dossier on Trump and pushed it onto the Intel Community about Donald Trump’s Russian prostitute blackmail scandal.

And ICYMI, he also Hosts Obama’s Intel Chiefs at Russian Election Hacking Hearing, the day before Congress made the results of the election final.

By golly, I’m starting to think McCain is a Democrat plant! RINO might be too kind. Nonetheless, I don’t want to start fake news so please do your own research to determine if anything I’ve written is too incredulous to be true, because if it isn’t, this is not the America I know. But I won’t be so smug as to tell you, “these aren’t American values”. I really hate that expression coming from politicians that I disagree with on nearly every level.

There are leakers to the left and leakers to the right. And that’s just wrong for a newly elected president no matter his Party affiliation.

This must stop. Now.
