Former U.S. Ambassador to Venezuela Otto Reich called Obama’s shocking Latin American stunt “hobnobbing” with leftist dictators Chavez and Ortega. Given the opportunity, I have no doubt he would have shook the hand of Khrushchev, Lenin, Mao, and Pot.
