An Amendment to the Constitution to define the Commerce Clause
The Commerce Clause may only be used by the federal government for the following;
To prohibit any laws or tariffs that would prevent fair trade between the states and territories within the United States.
The Commerce Clause can not be used by the federal government for the following;
a) Regulate goods or services produced and consumed within a state.
b) Require the purchase of any good or service by any individual or company.
c) States can not enter into any agreement with the fedral government that would viloate sections a and b.
