I wrote this speech to save the US Senate seat for Terri Lynn Land

My name is Terri Lynn Land and I am running to represent Michigan in the US Senate.

My opponent, backed by a California hedge fund billionaire who is trying to steal the Senate, is running his campaign based on opposition to a Republican billionaire.

I want to set out for you what you will get if you elect me to the Senate.

Whether your name is Rodgers or Rodriguez, you want our government to fairly resolve its immigration problem.  But one thing I know is that when you send your kids off to school you don’t want that school jammed with kids who walked over the Southern border, bringing with them lice, scabies, tb and possibly caused the outbreak of entero virus.
One thing I know is that whether your name is Trayvon or Timothy, you want to know that there will be a job for you and a job for your kids finishing their schooling.  If you send me to the Senate, I will work to get approval for the Keystone XL pipeline which will bring tens of thousands of jobs to America, and to expand development of the vast deposits of energy and natural resources under ground in America.

Whether you are a doctor of a patient, you know how the Obama administration has messed up the delivery of health care in this state.  You remember when former Speaker Nancy Pelosi said, “We’ll have to pass this law to see what’s in it.”  Well, they passed Obamacare and we are finding out what’ in it.

If you like how healthcare in this state has changed, then you should vote for my opponent.  If you want to fix the mess they made, then you should vote for me.

Finally, if you like the idea of American citizens having their heads chopped off, of our allies not respecting us, and our enemies not fearing us, then you should go right ahead and vote for another Democrat from Michigan in the Senate.

But if you think this is still, and should be, the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, then I encourage you to send me as Michigan’s next member of the US Senate.

Ps, if you don’t care about immigration, don’t care about jobs, don’t care about healthcare, and don’t care about the diminishing role of America in today’s world, and choose only to focus on which billionaire is worse, you may not want to vote at all.
