Once bought, they stayed bought. People really ought to learn from Chick Fil A’s example, and simply ignore concern trolls. Worry about keeping your product and customer service of good quality, rather than worrying about nimrods who probably don’t buy your product anyway, and WON’T, even if you try to placate them.
