Is today the day that Trump lost Congress for the GOP?

Usually, I am not a fan of former CIA-chief John Brennan, but his tweet reacting to the Trump/Putin press conference will be weaponized and sensationalized by Democrats in their quest to win control of Congress.

By Brennan characterizing Trump’s remarks using the words, “high crimes & misdemeanors” and “treasonous” will not only breathe new life into the Democrats quest to start impeachment proceedings against Trump but in fact, could help Democrats win the House.

Just wait when Tom Steyer, the billionaire impeachment guru, airs a heavy rotation of television ads quoting Brennan starting in 3- 2 -1.

There is no doubt that Brennan’s tweet using specific impeachment language, and its aftermath, will have legs. The only question is whether or not those legs will be strong enough to run all the way to November 6.

Warning to the GOP: Today could be the midterm election game changer.  Doing nothing is NOT an option.
