A Huge Anti-Trump Figure Supports Amy Coney Barrett, Leftists Lose Their Freaking Minds

With Saturday’s announcement that Amy Coney Barrett is being nominated for the Supreme Court, the left has become especially apoplectic in response. Like a football team that’s down 21 points with three minutes left, they are desperately trying to game out how to win a game they can’t win. We’ve seen insanity like going after Barrett’s adopted children and hinting that they were victims of human trafficking, for example (see Democrats Push Disgustingly Insane Conspiracy Theory About Amy Coney Barrett).

In other words, the mental psyche of the collective left is as fragile as ever. George Conway, a rabid anti-Trump figure, may have just broken them.

Hear that? George Conway is now “MAGA.” I’m not sure I could think of a more ludicrous contention, but here we are.

This seems appropriate.

RedState has been no fan of George Conway. In fact, I tend to think he conducts himself in a fairly sleazy way, especially in how he treats his wife publicly. But it’s hilarious to see the left start eating their own the moment they perceive someone is stepping out of line. Conway is just stating the obvious, which is that there is no logical rebuttal to Barrett’s nomination. If Democrats were smart, they’d recognize that, surrender on this, and help bolster their advantage with women in the electorate. They aren’t smart though, so instead, you get unhinged nonsense like the above.

These are the consequences of losing elections. You do not get to exact your will via shouting on Twitter if you do not hold the levers of power. Leftists have never been good losers, and that’s becoming more obvious by the day. Watching them squirm as Trump appoints his third Supreme Court justice is just delicious.
