CNN’s Jim Acosta has to faking it at this point. No one is actually this much of a prude.

Today, he’d showed off those prudish skills by attempting to grill Kayleigh McEnany on the very serious topic of a joke video that President Trump shared on Twitter. These are obviously the issues of our time.

As usual, McEnany came prepared. Acosta tried to pull the “exploitation of children” card on the press secretary and she quickly turned the tables by bringing up the Covington Catholic incident. If you aren’t familiar, CNN ravaged a young teenage boy based on a misleading, out of context video. In reality, it was the boy who was being harassed. This led to a lawsuit which CNN eventually settled out of court.

In other words, if there’s any network that should not open their collective mouths about “exploitation of children,” it’s CNN.

Acosta, not knowing how to respond, because he never does, then tried to interrupt McEnany. She dropped him again by pointing out that this is her podium and not a CNN studio. Eventually, he stopped mumbling through his mask, which is pointless in the situation he’s in, and things moved on.

You’d think these journalists would learn, but they’ll never learn. They are so egotistical that they always believe they can get the better of an exchange. McEnany has shown that to be a wrong assumption more times than I can count now.
