You’ve probably heard it before — it’s the great philosophical prime directive: “Know Thyself.”

Well, if you’re white and wanting to meet yourself/xemself/perself/(f)aerself, the Department of Treasury’s here to help.

As reported by The Daily Wire, the DoT’s employed “anti-racism” in its “Difficult Conversations About Race” training for employees.

Those materials were reportedly sent to Center of Wealth & Poverty Director Christoper Rufo, who also serves as contributing editor for the City Journal.

Christopher published the goods online, as well as some elements on social media.

In his view, the lessons are “deeply disturbing — an affront to equality.”

For those whiteys in the class, well, it might be a rough ride.

Oh, and by the way — y’all sound like really, really horrible people.

Christopher Twittersplains:

“During the training session, white employees are warned that ‘this is not the place to get [their] feelings validated.’

And don’t expect to be liked, paleface:

“The trainers tell them that people of color are not ‘obligated to like you, thank you, feel sorry for you, or forgive you.'”

If you’ve been quiet, you’ve been complicit:

“They will be told that ‘white silence has been one of the most powerful detractors from real progress in social justice’ and that whites must ‘sit in the discomfort’ of their own internalized racism and white supremacy.”

And don’t get it twisted — if you get treated like a you-know-what, there’s no recourse:

“The trainers tell white employees they must ‘provide unconditional solidarity’ for people of color. Whites ‘don’t get to decide when someone is being too emotional, too rash, [or] too mean’ and cannot protest if a POC “responds to their oppression in a way [they] don’t like.'”

Christopher relays that employees are asked to “think obsessively about race throughout their daily lives: What is the racial mix of your ten closest friends? What percentage of the day are you able to be with people of your own race? How much of your day are you speaking about racism?”

Just Do It. Fact is, the tan-deficient are an ongoing problem:

“The trainers insist that whites hold ‘fairly consistent narratives about race’ that ‘don’t support the dismantling of racist institutions.'”

You’ve got to modernize. Remember when colorblindness was what people who weren’t racist had?

Well, now it’s all the polar opposite:

“They claim the expressions ‘We should be more color-blind’ and ‘We’ve made so much progress from the 60s’ are in fact racist statements.”

These days, people need safe spaces:

“Next, the trainers recommend ‘White managers’ create ‘safe spaces’ for ‘listening sessions,’ where black employees can explain ‘what it means to be Black’ and be ‘seen in their pain.'”

So there’s a bit of an education for you — the kind required for people working, as per Chris, at the Treasury, FDIC, Federal Reserve, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and National Credit Union Administration.

Here’s the bottom line, folks, straight from the material in a summary of a video for the course:

“Virtually all White people, regardless of how ‘woke’ they are, contribute to racism.”

So now it’s on you to fix the world — as the lesson plan demands, compute your fluke:

“It is imperative at this time that people who are White invest in race-based growth and development on topics such as systemic racism, civil rights history, unconscious bias, inclusion, and contemporary ideology such as anti-racism, intersectionality, White privilege, and White fragility. “

Got it? If you can do all that, as well as everything else laid out here, you’ll be on par with the typical federal government employee.

Set your sights, racist ladies and gentlemen.

And…go.
