In spite of weeks of a witch hunt confirmation process where then-U.S. Circuit Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh was subjected to unsubstantiated, sometimes deliberately coordinated allegations of sexual misconduct and assault, he was confirmed by the Senate to sit on our nation’s highest court by a vote of 50-48.

But haters, as they say, are still gonna hate. The smear campaigns against Kavanaugh have continued in papers like the New York Times and elsewhere, so much so that Democratic nominees for president have recently called for Justice Kavanaugh’s impeachment because abortion and Orange Man Bad and stuff.

The most recent attack on Kavanaugh comes from Bulwark liberal Molly Jong-Fast, who penned a piece published at Medium on Monday regarding the so-called “Equal Rights Amendment” and how the fate of it allegedly rests with Sen. Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, President Trump, and Justice Kavanaugh.

It was how she described all three of them – in particular Kavanaugh – that had more than a few conservatives scratching their heads. Here’s how the headline read:

Three Legendary Sexists Now Hold Power Over the Equal Rights Amendment

But how could Kavanaugh be considered a “legendary sexist” with this kind of history?

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh has hired four women to clerk for him, maintaining a pledge during his confirmation process to hire an all-female staff, The New York Times reported Sunday.

The hires reportedly make Kavanaugh, who was confirmed and sworn in over the weekend, the first Supreme Court justice to have an all-female staff.

There was also this tidbit of information revealed during his confirmation process:

Kavanaugh told senators last month in his confirmation hearing that the majority of his clerks during his 12 years as a federal judge have been women in an effort to improve representation, and that, if confirmed, he planned to hire all women for his initial staff.

Liberal icon and fellow SCOTUS Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg even praised Kavanaugh’s hiring of the women clerks, saying “Thanks to his selections, the Court has this Term, for the first time ever, more women than men serving as law clerk.”

Prior to being confirmed to the SCOTUS, Kavanaugh was also a girls basketball coach. Parents of the girls on teams he had coached over the years praised Kavanaugh in a letter posted to the White House’s website before the confirmation hearings started.

What’s this “sexism” charge really all about anyway? This about sums it up:

Bingo.
