Nikki Haley, with 44%! Henry McMaster was the runner up with 23%, and he is our AG. Lt. Gov Bauer [aka Speed Racer] managed third place with 18%.

Nikki still suffers from a lack of name recognition, however she is a strong, fiscal and social conservative that wishes to continue [current] Gov Sanford’s key policies (Corporate Tax Reform, transparency in government, smaller government) but distances herself from some of his more unsavory practices [think: Argentina].
