The 58 healthy Democratic Senators are nervous, Then after the vote begins, a door swings open and in come wheelchairs bearing Byrd to cast the 59th vote and Kennedy the 60th. Almost every Senator is in tears and every staffer is. The TV cameras (who just happened to get an anonymous tip from Senator Reid's office) are going crazy.
